For different pickup places will be available different payment methods. For example We have 3 pickup locations, but I wanna COD payment available only for one. Other 2 will have only pay by card on eshop.

We added an option to exclude the Payment gateway to perticular pickup location - https://docs.zorem.com/docs/advanced-local-pickup-pro/pickup-locations/pickup-location-setup/#payment-method
