Hi Constance Coffee did you have a chance to check the API?

Hi, Ok, we need to see the exact API update that they do on the WooCommerce API. if you can install API Log plugin such as "WC API log" that logs all the API calls that are done on the WooCommerce API. You can create a shipping label for one order and then add a print screen of the full API calls that EIZ does to update the tracking in the order notes - you can send it to zorem support if it contains any private info.

Once we get the API call, we can know how to grab the tracking info automatically and I will be able to estimated the time frame.

There are a few logs that come up when I use EIZ, and I can't see which one is which, can I send them all to you?

Constance Coffee: Search by the order number - it will show just 1-2 options - you need to go into the log and do a screenshot of the full API call and share it here - just do not include sensitive data..

Zorem: Hi there, sorry this has taken so long,
I fobbed an order with a discount, and it seemed not to develop a few of the order notes, now with a real order, it seems to show a couple of updates, please see attached - there are two other ones, but they show updates for refund details & for order notes, and that data only seems to pertain to my Xero sync
